The Longavi Community hosted a meeting of religious superiors from the area on the theme of ecology

Echoes of the golden jubilee of St Chantal's College at Soanierena, Madagascar
During the celebration of the 50th anniversary of our school, the staff organised three days of an unforgettable festival from the 26th to 28th April 2013. Each class took part in a long procession as well as different drama scenes, all shown in the assembly hall LAVASOA. Parents of the students and many other people were invited. These days united us in laughter and joy but it allowed us to live and to reinforce the theme, “A FAMILY WHICH NEVER CEASES TO RENEW ITSELF”.
In 2012, the community of Longavi, in Chile, celebrated its 25 years
On the 22nd December 2012, there was a great celebration in the Parish of St Laurence. The representatives of numerous rural communities, the inhabitants of Longavi, members of religious communities of the deanery, the associates of Longavi and a good number of the sister of Christ of the Province were gathered together to thank God for the 25 years of the presence of the community of the Sisters of Christ in the area.
Arrival of 11 young Malagasy sisters in France in December 2012.
The Province of Europe rejoices in welcoming these Malagasy young professed sisters who will be having an international experience in France and Italy; a sister from Cameroon will join them later on.
13th October 2012: Missioning of the new Regional Council in Cameroon
Sister Françoise Caron, superior general, installed Sister Maria Luisa as Regional, and her three councillors: Sisters Rillindis, Viviane and Beatrice. This council reflects the international character of the Congregation: 1 Chilean, 1 Cameroonian and 2 Malagasy.

After Vezelay in 2008, Paris in 2010, the groups coming from Dordogne, Picardy and Lyon met each other at Mazille for a time of sharing, prayer and friendship.
Projects for young people in Cameroon
An international experience with children, young people, women and the sick. With the Sisters of Christ, who have come from 3 continents, 5 countries and who are workers for unity.
Stay of malgache temporary professed
We are happy that again this year we have the arrival of six malgache temporary professed who will spend 5 months in France from January to June 2012.
A diocesan assembly of the Eucharistic movement focused on spiritual renewal
