RELAXING TOGETHER IS ALSO A WAY OF GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER

These clubs become a sort of crossroads where joy, conviviality and openness to others are communicated

I am currently studying at the 'John Willeit' Higher Institute of Biomedical Health in Nkongsamba. Every Wednesday, our busy schedule includes different clubs from 1pm that allow us to relax.

As I am fond of sports, I try to make these activities not only a time to relax the muscles and bones, which is good for the body, but also a time for all the students of the Institute to meet. I look for ways of organising sports activities (bringing footballs or basketballs, asking for matches to be organised between classes or with other faculties of the Institute, and so on) and I notice that links are developed and that we become closer to each other.

These clubs become a sort of crossroads where joy, conviviality and openness to others are communicated. Some teachers are even willing to share these beautiful relaxing moments with us and they are always welcome!
