From the Community of Rome Joy… joy… joy... and Hope…
Joy and hope from the Community of Rome
witnesses... The joy of sharing... And Hope that is born...

It was a joy to welcome for a short week our young junior sisters, Cameroonians and Malagasy, who came to Rome to live a time of “Return to the Sources”, to the sources of the Church founded by the first Martyrs who bore witness to Jesus Christ in Europe.
The joy of witnessing their astonishment and discoveries during their visits to this city: so many places where, throughout the ages, Christians have wanted to celebrate, through works of art, the Beauty of the God who wills Life.
The joy of sharing around meals, where we were able to get to know better the life and mission of each one, their communities, their churches and their countries.... and where we were able to evoke memories of sisters we have known and who have not returned to Europe for a very long time... the whole “Great Family” of the Sisters of Christ was present!

This Hope that is born of acting together.
- This Hope that is born of acting together: For our community in Rome,
participating in the richness of this time of Return to the Sources has stimulated us and strengthened the communion among us. - This Hope that is born when horizons widen, when life that comes from beyond borders can be shared.
- This Hope that is born from the dynamism of the youngest and from the Joy of seeing Life grow!
