Sister Susanna on her 102nd birthday, Italy

Although the joy of celebrating the events of life with her community remains over the years, Sister Susanna has chosen, this time, to celebrate her 102nd birthday surrounded by her family.

What a marvel at her age to be able to travel to pay tribute to her family who are always very present in her life. What an involvement of her community to give Sister Susanna's family the opportunity to enjoy her presence.

Each of her nephews' families wanted to mark this event and keep a memory of it by taking a photo with her. It was an important moment, lived in joy and sharing. The admiration and emotion of having an aunt with a longevity like Sister Susanna's invaded their hearts. This Sunday, September 20 will remain unforgettable.

Thank you to the family for having put joy in Sister Susanna's heart on her 102nd birthday, including 84 years of consecrated life with the Sisters of the Nativity , which later became the Sisters of Christ.

What fidelity to the Lord! What a witness of life given!
