ODETTE: A NEW ADVENTURE IN THE NOVITIATE

A significant event took place in Nkongsamba in Cameroon : Odette entered the novitiate of the Congregation of the Sisters of Christ. This day, full of joy and spirituality, was celebrated during a solemn Mass led by Father Evariste, vicar of our parish. 

Her determination and commitment to her vocation touched all present.

The Mass brought together the members of the community; all there to support Odette at this important moment in her life. Father Evariste spoke inspiring words, evoking the spiritual path that Odette is about to take. Her determination and commitment to her vocation touched all present.

After the homily, Sr. Emérentienne RAMORAVELO, Superior General of the Sisters of Christ, welcomed Odette as a novice with warmth and kindness. This welcome symbolizes the beginning of a new stage, during which Odette will be able to deepen her faith and prepare herself for a life of service and devotion.

To mark this passage, we accompanied Odette to the novitiate house. It was an emotional moment. Laughter and smiles illuminated our gathering, while everyone shared their encouragement and wishes for Odette's future.
